The Mindshop Marketing and Sales Process (MSP). Marketing and sales are the front end of any business. The two disciplines are linked but different. Marketing is the preparation of people to buy whereas a sale is the conversion of the buying desire into an actual sale. In this program we will merge the marketing and sales issues into one.

Marketing and Sales is the lifeblood of any organization. Many companies are finding the generation of new business using traditional methods increasingly difficult and hard to sustain. Our processes provide a practical set of tools that are easy to implement. Mindshop uses a six-step process to assist you to develop a practical team approach Marketing and Sales Plan. The first three steps establish ‘where you are now’ and ‘where you want to be’ in say two years time. The second three steps are also strategic but integrate the ‘how we will get there’ action plans. The one page Marketing and Sales Plan is the document that is used to control the implementation.This course provides the steps that you can use to audit your current marketing activities, assess your capability for growth, develop your product strategy, price your products and services and finally incorporate this into a one page Marketing Plan. This will in turn develop your brand and result in increased sales.
